1. Eligibility

4. Subscription & Payment

By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe or other authorized third-party processors.

Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

PSH reserves the right to change subscription fees at any time, with notice provided to active users.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, design elements, videos, and software used within PSH are the intellectual property of Photographer Social Hub or its licensors and are protected under Canadian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any material on our site without express written consent.

6. User Content

Users may upload or submit text, images, or other materials ("User Content"). By submitting such content, you grant PSH a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display it for the operation and promotion of our Services.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to share your content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Our Services may include integrations with third-party platforms such as Stripe, Canva, Make.com, Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of any third-party platforms. You agree to comply with their respective terms of service and privacy policies when using such integrations.

8. Advertising and Promotions

PSH may display advertisements or offer promotional campaigns via social media, email, or other digital channels. We do not endorse third-party advertisements and are not responsible for their content or accuracy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

• That our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• The accuracy or reliability of any information provided.
• That defects will be corrected or that our platform is free of viruses.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Photographer Social Hub, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
• Errors, omissions, or interruptions in service.
• Unauthorized access to your data.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Photographer Social Hub and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
